For international shipments, orders are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 72 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Shipments:
If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend your order free of charge.
